FROM A TUB TO A SHOWER

I talked with the homeowners of this older home to go over their needs. Seems that the gentleman was having trouble getting in and out of the bathtub.

So we decided to take out the fiberglass one piece tub, and install a Florestone shower pan, with a Moen single handle shower valve with low flow single shower head, with a adjustable height hand held shower attachment .
We also installed several ADA brushed chrome grab bars in different location, we installed grab bars outside of the shower next to the toilet and at the end of the shower wall.
Installed a new low flow American Standard 1.6 gallon flush toilet.
new Moen single handle lavatory faucet in chrome with a one piece marble top. ( going green with low flow fixtures )
We replaced all of the old copper water piping ( which had be leaking ) with pex tubing . Replaced all shut off valves with new lead free angle stops. New traps and drain assemblies for sink and shower.
We also installed all the towel bars, toilet paper holder, and towel hooks.
The owners are very happy with the bathroom remodel. Now the gentleman can get in and out of the shower with ease !
