New Bathroom Remodel for Rocklin Homeowners !
We removed all the old plumbing fixtures, rearranged the location of a small cast iron bathtub and installed a new Kohler jetted tub with inline heater. Installed a Moen tub and shower valve at the head of the tub and a Moen shower valve with hand held shower midway down the tub, as we had added a seat at the rear of the tub. ( showers with low flow heads, helping to save water )
We removed the old 3 gallon flush toilet and replaced it with a new Gerber Avalanche elongated 1.6 gallon flush toilet.( cut water usage almost in half )
We removed the vanity and replaced it with a new vanity with a granite top, a Moen double handled sink faucet.
New tile was installed around the tub and on the floor. Grab bars were added for extra safety for entering and exiting the bath tub. A clear shower enclosure with sliding doors was added to help with water problems on the floor. ( clear doors help to keep an open feeling in the room )
A large exhaust fan was added to the bathroom to help with any moisture problems during a shower or bath. ( helping to save the paint and any molding problems )
This was a great improvement for the Rocklin homeowner, which also increased the value of there home. Also they were very pleased with the total change of there bathroom !!!
